About the role

  • Provide a great experience for every potential candidate through effective communication, timely responses and consistent follow through 
  • Identify and implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies that will allow Level to differentiate itself to engineers 
  • Lead university recruiting programs and internship recruiting to ensure Level is attracting top junior talent and recent graduates
  • Collaborate with teams on people operations, interview assistance, sourcing and referrals and onboarding processes
  • Partner with recruiters, internal hiring managers and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling and helping candidates with any issues

About you

  • At least a year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or role that encompasses similar responsibilities 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once with organization and a strong attention to detail 
  • Efficient and effective in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
