Head of Strategic Accounts

As the Head of Strategic Accounts for one of LetsGetChecked’s premier accounts, United HealthGroup, you will be responsible for leading and growing one of our largest accounts. You will oversee Sales, Account Management, Client Success Management, and Project Management teams, driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives in collaboration with UnitedHealth Group.

Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen and expand the partnership with UnitedHealth Group, aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, UHG's strategic priorities, and areas of collaboration to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision and roadmap for the UHG vertical, driving innovation and value creation in partnership with UHG.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Lead the Sales team in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within UnitedHealth Group, including leadership, business units, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding LetsGetChecked's footprint within UHG.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of UHG's business needs and priorities to position LetsGetChecked as a trusted partner and solution provider.

Account Management and Client Success:

  • Oversee the Account Management and Client Success Management teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and value to UnitedHealth Group.
  • Collaborate closely with UHG stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and success metrics, and align LetsGetChecked solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize client satisfaction, retention, and expansion within UnitedHealth Group, fostering long-term partnerships and mutual success.

Project Management and Execution:

  • Lead the Project Management team in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects and initiatives in collaboration with UnitedHealth Group.
  • Establish clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with UHG's strategic priorities and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with experience in sales, account management, client success, and project management.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, with specific knowledge of UnitedHealth Group's organizational structure, priorities, and business processes.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships within UnitedHealth Group.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales and client management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
