As Product Operations manager you will be in the position to facilitate the easy communication and sharing of resources and data between the local businesses and the product team. You will be taking over an essential role that helps cross-functional product teams work effectively and efficiently.

You will strengthen customer feedback loops and help drive both research and change requirements from the business. 

Responsibilities

Help guide the overall direction of product development with focus on the Country’s specific business needs for the short, medium and long term.

Help the research teams with customer-focused initiatives driven to gain insights on expectations and behaviour. . 

Seek and ensure a common product roadmap across different business lines, countries and stakeholders. 

Assist Product Owners to plan, scope and execute plans according to business- and customer-centric requirements. 

Work hand-in-hand with the operation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and communicate them effectively to the Product team. 

Product Management

Help building use cases and customer evidence from various sources including: marketing, operations, finance, sell in, sell out, finance and any other business areas that might apply.

Highest standard while documenting use cases in product requirement documents that guide each new feature. 

Turn use cases into granular requirements that can be understood in a consistent framework and make coherent sense in conjunction with the wider roadmap of the company. 

Use knowledge of the needs of customers balanced with the needs of the long term platform strategy to determine a prioritization for requested features. 

Work with other teams in India, Spain and Turkey to set the right expectations and gain insights into the requirements of the business. 

Product Support

Support local teams in their day to day operations from a product-centric perspective. Train and assist key users and help dedicated training personnel to gather the required material to pass on the best practices and the right ways to use the tools Product provides. 

Objectives

  • Understand and prioritize business needs. 
  • Help drive a seamless customer experience across different products
  • Ensure product requirements gathering quality and consistency
  • Help build and drive the vision for the product
  • Assist building product roadmaps
  • Align to both the business’ and product development KPIs 

Requirements: 

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, Customer Experience, or equivalent Voice of Customer role
  • Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in a software development and/or software launch readiness role.
  • Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders with data.
  • Experience synthesizing and presenting complex information to senior leadership in writing and verbally.
  • Full English fluency (you will be part of a global team!) 
  • Very strong communication skills for both with technical and business counterparts
  • Analytical Mindset
  • Experience with customer research is desired. 
  • A good and positive mindset to help train the trainers
