The Programmatic Sales & Operations Manager is an owner mentality, strong communicator and data driven member of the Monetization team.  This position plays a key role on the Monetization team to support letgo’s growing local and international business by growing programmatic ads revenue and running day to day programmatic operation. The Programmatic Sales & Operations Manager  reports directly to the Programmatic and Media Lead and is based in Istanbul. 

Your challenge:

  • To provide solutions with strong attention to detail and meticulous follow-through, with a data driven approach
  • To promote the letgo’s inventory in programmatic business by creating relationships with agency/trading desks 
  • To manage the relationship with programmatic teams in agencies and brands by including support in setup, activation, delivery and reporting of programmatic deals (PMP/PG) - across display, native and video formats.
  • To supporte Ads Revenue Growth Projects
  • To create the audience segments to improve targeting capabilities by leveraging variations of Letgo’s 1st party data
  • To analyse ongoing ad format and ad unit performances, offering optimization opportunities, new formats etc.
  • To create ad revenue projections to help choosing new yield partners in the market and supporting the onboarding process of these partners into GAM
  • To work with Programmatic Lead to create new sales methods (CPC, CPI etc.) to monetize unfilled inventory
  • To help develop adjacent services with relevant advertisers
  • To run day to day operations for programmatic growth
  • To provide PG/PMP deals optimization, troubleshooting, benchmarking and pricing rule optimization for the entire Letgo inventory.

To get there, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • At least 3 years working on Programmatic Sell-Side in Turkey, ideally with experience running a Publisher ad-server
  • Have established relationships with media agency programmatic/trading desk teams
  • Strong working knowledge of GAM (deal set-up, reporting, partner blocked, troubleshooting etc).
  • Strong knowledge of in-app advertising ecosystem.
  • A solid understanding with the following technologies - SSPs, Adserver, DSPs
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, user who is comfortable with large datasets (basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau favourable).
  • Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth
  • Experienced on working and communicating with different departments such as product development teams to build or improve ads products
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, monitor, and analyze results and optimize campaigns
  • Proactivity in seeking business opportunities, creating business cases and executing 
  • Open minded approach with a sense of business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish (native level) and English(C1) as an effective communicator
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, & integrity while completing tasks in a timely manner
  • High energy, personal drive, self-motivation and most importantly ownership to accomplish business goals
