We are looking for a motivated, savvy, and resilient technical recruiting specialist to support the rapid growth of our team at Lendtable. As the second member of our recruiting team, you will have a huge impact on our recruiting foundation and growth of our engineering organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruiting Lead, Founders, and technical hiring partners. You will efficiently manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and building relationships with candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process. You will lead engineering recruiting initiatives and help develop the future of recruiting at Lendtable. 


  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and meet our hiring objectives within our engineering and product organization
  • Manage the full hiring process for your roles, including managing job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, leading debriefs, and tracking the hiring workflow through our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through high-touch communication and consistent follow up
  • Plan and execute on intentional and robust sourcing strategies, iterating when needed
  • Serve as a strategic business partner as it relates to our people, brand culture and organizational effectiveness


  • 3+ years’ experience in managing the entire lifecycle of recruiting a variety of roles with a track record of delivering successful results
  • 2+ years’ experience recruiting for engineering and product roles in early to mid stage, hyper-growth companies
  • Strong ability to source candidates, attract and generate leads using LinkedIn and other creative resources
  • Demonstrated understanding of managing a successful pipeline using an ATS and other systems for organization, strategy, and execution
  • Motivation to expand your skills and revamp the traditional recruiting pipeline practices
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office
