We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has an exceptional user-centric consumer product approach and a desire to solve personal user problems. This person is someone who is hypothesis-driven in their work and cares deeply about the end-to-end user experience. They are data-informed to find insights and make strategic bets that meaningfully make a difference in our users’ lives. We care about building a team of people who get excited about rolling up their sleeves, understanding our customers, and helping further our mission of making retirement a possibility for everyone.


  • Lead the ideation, design, technical development, A/B testing, and launch of an innovative suite of products
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Design, Engineering, and Analytics leaders to build and deliver world-class products
  • Be data-informed and also have a user-centric approach
  • Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
  • A collaborative approach in team environments but also able to act autonomously as a decision-maker


  • 5+ years product management experience
  • Experience designing intuitive mobile user interfaces and executing product plans with a well-defined process
  • Experience conducting research and A/B testing to inform product strategy and solution design
  • Impeccable follow-through. You say what you’ll do, and do what you say. You hold your team to this standard. 
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office


  • Working knowledge of the saving/investing/lending/fintech space
  • Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups or top tier technology companies
  • 3+ years at a fast-growing fintech company
