We are experiencing incredible growth due to the high demand for our credit restoration services. Ideal candidates will have a vibrant, positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and be able to "paint a picture" in the minds of consumers about how to live a "Better Credit Life".


  • Speaking with consumers via inbound/outbound calls and email who have negative items on their credit reports
  • Selling these consumers on Ovation’s products and services to repair their credit
  • Applying standard quality assurance and compliance guidelines on all sales consultations
  • Living Ovation's high levels of integrity and ethics as it applies to our consumer clients


  • Inbound/outbound sales experience in a call center environment is highly preferred
  • Desire to help people improve their financial situation
  • Proven ability to write clear and effective business email and type clear notes while speaking with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to make commissions along with compassion and understanding of the client's needs
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills
  • A great teammate who is highly productive, organized, coachable and dependable
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus


  • We offer base hourly rate plus competitive commission with no cap or limit on commission potential;  salary range is $45,000-$90,000+ per year with Inside Sales professionals earning average annual salary of approximately $65,000 per year
  • Our office hours are 8am-9pm, Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm, Saturday. You will work a 9-hour shift (to include Saturday with a day off during the week) which includes an hour for lunch and other breaks with some schedule flexibility.
  • Benefits eligibility with Ovation Credit Services by LendingTree begins on Day 1 and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, equity grants, and free credit repair.
