  • Develop efficient algorithms to solve business needs (e.g. how to match a customer to the best possible partner given the strict criteria of both).
  • Work hand-in-hand with business and product on the best way to solve problems (one day you could be improving the performance of the customer experience, the next you might be developing functionality that provides complex analytics for the business).
  • Use some of the best technologies (like Angular, Mongo, Kafka, Redis, Hadoop, Docker, etc.)
  • Build highly performant and scalable customer-facing systems ground-up (think SPAs, RESTful APIs, Microservices, NoSQL, Big-data Analytics, Customer Experience, and all the intellectual fun).


  • This is an opportunity for full-time employment. Please no third parties or Corp to Corp.
  • 1+ years of professional software engineering experience working on web-based systems.
  • Not looking for freshers. Please do not apply if you have <1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • Computer Science or closely related degree from a reputed engineering school.
  • Strong CS fundamentals, DS, Algo, Coding and Problem Solving skills.
  • Proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language.
  • Outside of work you use different technologies to build stuff for fun.
  • At work you code 90%+ of the time.
  • Full-stack experience highly desirable.
  • Potential to grow along with the organization.
