You will play a key role in all operational stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, will be contributing daily and will assist in carrying out the responsibilities needed from the Human Resources function. You will contribute to and support the People Operations and Talent Management teams’ efforts and will report to the Sr. Talent Manager, HR Business Partner. You would be excited to join a startup, where you can contribute to the development and success of the team and the company. This is a six month assignment in a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow.
Maintain and update data within our HR systems and help to produce and update our data & analytics metrics dashboard, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
Provide responses to employees and manager with inquiries on employee benefits, HR policies, leave management, Et. al.
Partner with HR team members in conducting new hire onboarding and ensuring new hires complete required paperwork and benefits enrollment in a timely manner.
Prepare off-boarding paperwork and process off-boarding as needed. Administer employee exit interviews.
Assist the Sr. Talent Manager, HR Business Partner and People Operations team with ad hoc projects including report generation, training coordination and delivery, benefits administration and Workday transactions.
- Establish and update competitive, legally compliant, and effective compensation and benefits policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience within a People or Administrative job function.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and focus on the highest impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently with little direction, take ownership and complete work.
- Detail orientation and strong organization skills.
- Familiarity with HR Systems, including Workday, a plus.
