As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer you will develop, maintain, and improve LendingHome’s Salesforce technology platform. You will work directly with the system/data, lead technical projects or portions at one time, as well as implement solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable. You will also help automate processes, improve applications, and maintain integrations.
Leverage custom objects, visual flows, process builder, systems integrations and other system configuration options that enable technology to improve business process.
Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate system requirements and coordinate between the teams to ensure smooth releases of new functionality.
Execute projects in Salesforce that directly support the Customer Experience team making it easier to onboard and support customers.
Build and maintain workflows in Salesforce Service Cloud Classic and Lightning to improve inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Oversee process to regularly update and maintain data quality.
2-4 years experience Salesforce administration experience. SFDC Admin Certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required. Strong analytical skills and thrives in a data rich environment; skilled in Excel.
Highly detail oriented with an ability to review data, catch and remedy data integrity issues.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
