The Construction team is responsible for reviewing the progress of our rehab/fix-and-flip projects and administering the construction holdback portion of the loan to borrowers. As such, this team is client-facing, and partners with sales, operations and servicing to build a great customer experience.
The Reimbursement / Draw Specialist works within Construction department and has a genuine desire to help their team succeed by providing phone, email, and database support with exceptional diligence and attention to detail. If you’ve got what it takes, you will guide our clients through their property rehabilitation process -- reviewing scopes of work, verifying the progress of home improvements, issuing disbursements, and cultivating relationships with our borrowers along the way.
This is an entry-level-to-intermediate position with the opportunity to grow into many different roles and departments at LendingHome. The Construction team provides a close-knit and collaborative environment that fosters your professional interests and goals.
Handle a high volume of borrower emails, phone calls and loan disbursement requests.
Assist analysts with completing high quality and timely reviews of disbursement requests while maintaining relevant communication to our broker and borrower clients.
Assist with organizing and reviewing submitted documentation including invoices, receipts, lien waivers, photos, and reports.
Assist with researching property information including title documents and lien searches.
2+ years work experience in like-minded roles (customer service, hospitality, admin support experience highly preferred)
Experience in construction or mortgage industry a plus
Proven team player with advanced communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent computing skills and experience including MS Excel and Google Docs
