The Customer Mortgage Lending team is growing rapidly, and the Customer Mortgage Specialist is key to our success. In addition to being the first relationship-builder with new customers, you will contribute in shaping how our sales organization grows and delights customers with a truly different mortgage experience.
As a LendingHome Customer Mortgage Specialist, you are responsible for qualifying customer leads for LendingHome products. You will demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills by connecting on a personal level with every customer.
Educating and screening potential customers to provide the best loan experience
Setting qualified appointments for our Mortgage Loan Advisors
Meet and exceed your daily and monthly quotas for lead qualification, while upholding our high standards for customer service. You'll do this through your strong focus on communication, relationship building, and customer empathy.
Educating new customers on LendingHome’s people, products, and platform
Differentiating LendingHome in a relevant way for the customer
Setting clear and accurate expectations with each customer around LendingHome’s policies, processes, timelines, and communication requirements
Deliver support to your teammates to win as a team
At least one year experience in Sales role
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or relevant field
You have a track record as a self-starter, with a strong desire to learn
You are open to feedback, comfortable speaking up and asking questions and working in a fast-paced, fun environment
Real estate/ mortgage experience strongly preferred
Salesforce experience, and GoogleDocs knowledge a plus
