LendingHome is growing rapidly towards becoming the next great financial services brand powered by the most advanced mortgage platform in the world.
The Application to Close Team:
The mission of the Application to Close team at LendingHome is the heart of what LendingHome is truly centered around—Building the most high powered mortgage origination platform on the planet that mints high quality loans at any scale. You’ll be responsible for the driving the infrastructure of efficiency from the moment a loan comes through our doors to the time it crosses the funding finish line. Your work will directly impact the lives of a vast variety of customers both inside and outside of the building. Internally your work will impact the lives of more than eight operations partner teams across the mortgage origination pipeline, ranging from Valuations at the beginning of the process to Draw analysts keeping our borrowers projects on track. Outside of the building you’ll make sure that borrowers can close their deals quickly, with as minimal pain as possible. The output of this role contributes to the true enterprise value of the business—allowing fewer people to process significantly more loans that the industry average.
As an effective team member, you will be a self-guided contributor. You will build significant, high quality, back-end and/or full-stack business applications by applying best practices. You will be a strong partner to internal teams such as product management, data, and operations. You will also help improve team process (which doesn’t mean adding more meetings) and collaborate to conquer large legacy mortgage process challenges.
