This role oversees the following functions of loan servicing: Loan Administration and Customer Service. As the manager, you are responsible for setting goals and priorities, engaging and motivating the teams and streamlining processes and procedures.
Manage daily loan servicing processes including Customer Service and Loan Administration.
Writing and maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Set Key Performance Indicators and metrics for the team.
Oversee the hiring and training of personnel.
Ensure department is adequately staffed to ensure fulfillment of SLAs and responsibilities
Perform audits of necessary operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal Policies and Procedures.
Drive improvement initiatives across the team, partnering with other functions as needed
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or similar discipline.
5+ years of experience supervising or managing a loan servicing team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in at least one analysis tool or graphing library: Chartio, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet equivalent experience.
The ability to learn new skills quickly and solve complex problems.
