Digital Adoption Platform Sr. Manager (Product Management)

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven, self-starter with strong experience working with Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) software like WalkMe or Pendo. The role sits within the Product Management team given that foundational role it has in all products and feature requirements – both in adoption and improving products.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building onboarding and help guides/walk-thrus using DAP
  2. Eye for design to ensure consistent and beautiful training guides
  3. Collecting data through DAP to provide recommendations for product improvements based on usage
  4. Work with PMs to create product training documentation for new products and features
  5. Work with Globalization PM to prepare content for international support
  6. Assist in product release notes and launch materials, and demo with marketing and pre-sales teams
  7. Work with Customer Success to ensure successful customer adoptions

Professional Background and Experience

  1. 3+ years experience building Walkme or Pendo guides
  2. 3+ years experience using software like Pendo for software product analysis
  3. Experience creating DAP integrations with knowledge bases and LMS
  4. Familiarity with the agile development process
  5. Experience with data-driven analysis and user testing is a plus
