Tax compliance is a crucial requirement for any company. Leaseweb, with subsidiaries in 9 countries, is experiencing continuous growth. We are seeking a candidate to take our global tax compliance to the next level. Your mission will be to structure and improve tax compliance processes at Leaseweb, with a focus on continuous improvement.
This position is based in Amsterdam. We are looking for someone for a full-time position but are also open to part-time candidates.
The job:
- Maintain and follow up on the tax compliance calendar.
- Prepare and maintain tax records, reports, and other related materials.
- Support the Global Tax Manager in maintaining and improving the tax control framework.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation.
- Provide assistance for the annual group tax reporting.
- Liaise with other departments on tax-related topics.
- Assist in monitoring adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
The team:
In addition to this position, the team consists of a Group Controller, a Global Tax Manager, two Financial Controllers, and a Finance Manager responsible for finance operations.
The department:
Leaseweb Global Finance serves as a shared service center for all Leaseweb entities worldwide. The finance department comprises the following teams:
- Controlling and Tax (6 members)
- Accounts Receivable (4 members)
- Accounts Payable (3 members)
- General Ledger (3 members)
The requirements:
- Professional skills at the bachelor's or master's level.
- Relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus).
- Fundamental knowledge of Corporate Income Tax and VAT.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
