Responsible for maintaining multiple master data objects while adhering to standards and governance to ensure master data is compliant with defined information, policies, and quality requirements as defined by the master data owner in conjunction with the master data management organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute changes to master data (e.g. customer, vendor, materials, etc)
  • Ensure quality of master data in SAP, as well as, development and documentation of processes/templates to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
  • Work with business process owners and appropriate team members to resolve master data issues in an efficient and timely manner

The ideal candidate has  

  • Experience managing or executing data cleansing, data mapping, and data governance areas, preferably in an SAP environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes
  • Ability to collaborate with and present to leaders at all levels up to and including C-level
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems and execute a roadmap effectively


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Specific knowledge around SAP LSMW, Workflow or Authorizations is a plus
  • Very good interpersonal skills with “can do“ mentality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
