Client Service Delivery Manager a.i. 

Duration: 6 months 

The Client Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the Client Service Delivery (CSD) team, to ensure a smooth end-to-end process, and provide a high-quality service. The mission of the CSD team is to continuously add value by delivering impeccable quality, on time, whilst assuring a world class customer experience.

The Department

The CSD department consists of 2 teams: Order Delivery and Contract Management, forming the bridge between sales and the final customer go live. Order Delivery takes the responsibility for planning and guiding the delivery, whereas contract management is responsible for the process of contract creation, execution and contract support.

Our international team consists of 9 members, located in our office in Amsterdam, working in close collaboration with our data center in Haarlem.

What is the role about?

We are currently looking for a temporary Client Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the CSD department. He or she, ensures the high performance and customer service metrics of the team, resolves escalated problems and helps to identify process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing, coaching, mentoring to enable team members to improve performance and reach their full potential
  • Improves communication and cooperation on a continuously basis with other team managers
  • Responsible for innovations and improvement of the CSDM processes and plans
  • Responsible for the people management of the team (hire/fire decisions and pay/performance appraisal)

Who are you?

First and foremost, you have customer service written on your DNA. Furthermore, you are flexible and solution oriented and have a proven track record in excellent customer service (not necessarily in an office setting). You are passionate, have attention to detail and process improvements and you play a positive role in a great team. You have outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written (in English) and a special talent for human relations. You have experience in managing and leading teams, to get them to the next level. 

In order to be eligible for this role, you need to be based in the Netherlands and have a Dutch work permit
