As a People Operations Principal focused on data quality, systems and special projects, you will be part of our People EMEA team and work very closely with our People Business Partners, Talent Attraction team as well as Payroll Specialists.

You will play a critical role in our legal integration with SAP, ensuring the integrity of our HR data and processes across key platforms, especially within our HRIS system (Workday). In this role, you’ll drive data quality initiatives and support hands-on data maintenance. You will participate in special projects to continuously improve processes & procedures, and contribute to ongoing post-merger integration efforts. With your end-to-end People Operations experience and data expert back-ground, you will serve as an advisor for our teams on various employee and organizational inquiries. People Operations Principal (Data Quality & Systems Focus) (f/m/d)

based in Germany (preferably Bonn, Munich or Berlin); or Amsterdam, Netherlands.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Leading data quality initiatives for People Operations across employee lifecycle
  • Conducting audits and data cleaning for our HR systems, primarily Workday (HRIS)
  • Implementing large scale organizational changes and ensuring seamless system transitions in collaboration with IT and People Business Partners
  • Owning process improvement projects with a focus on HRIS and workflow optimization, documentation and stakeholder enablement
  • Being integral part of our post-merger integration HR activities and leading or contributing to special projects related
  • Supporting hands-on with day2day operational processes along the employee lifecycle including employment contracts, employee files, HRIS data entry and global mobility
  • Close collaboration with and coordination of processes between global People Team, Payroll, Office Management, IT, Finance, Legal, from both companies LeanIX and SAP, 
    as well as external partners

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ professional experience in a comparable role with focus on People operations, data management and process engineering
  • Advanced user knowledge in Workday or comparable HRIS, with hands-on experience in data entry and auditing
  • Sound understanding of the employee lifecycle, related HR processes and data requirements
  • Solid experience in process engineering, with the ability to optimize workflows and systems
  • Strong business accumen and engaging communication with key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage many topics at once, work independently, handle priority changes, organized, and work in a structured manner
  • Efficiently drive projects and take ownership while keeping daily operations up-to-date
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, German is a plus
