Customer Success Operations Manager: Gainsight Administrator (m/f/d)

Location: Amsterdam / Berlin / Bonn / Boston / Ljubljana / London / Munich / Paris

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious self-starter with exceptional analytical, technical, process design, and project management skills to be part of our journey. You will take full responsibility for our Gainsight instance and collaborate cross-functionally to create a world-class experience for our CS organization; empowering them to deliver value to LeanIX customers. You will achieve this with hands-on support for our Customer Success Teams, driving cross-departmental projects, and creating automated workflows. Grow in your role as part of a diverse and experienced Customer Success Operations team at LeanIX, an SAP company.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Implement impactful cross-functional projects in Gainsight by bringing in new data points and by creating and improving automations with Rule Engine and Data Designer
  • Add new data sources for Gainsight through out-of-the-box integrations and export data for other teams in collaboration with the BI Team
  • Drive enablement, change management, standardization, and process documentation in Customer Success
  • Become the go-to person for questions, ideas, and troubleshooting for our CS Teams
  • Continuously improve the CSM experience by testing and implementing new Gainsight features and modules


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is an advantage (Business, Computer Science, Economics)
  • two years’ hands-on experience with Gainsight CS and Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • Expertise in connecting to data sources and bringing new data points into Gainsight (experience with Snowflake is an advantage)
  • Outstanding analytical skills, experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
