LAW Publications has been helping law enforcement agencies educate their communities on critical issues such as drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking for 50 years.
We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our team and work with local businesses in communities to provide law enforcement with these important materials. This is a 100% commission, outside sales position requiring travel 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage businesses to secure advertisement sponsorships that support the supply of educational materials to law enforcement agencies.
- Regularly travel to meet with law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community partners within the assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients regarding the benefits of supporting law enforcement community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably with experience in advertising sales or sponsorship acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with law enforcement personnel, businesses, and community organizations.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel, typically 3-4 days per week, within the assigned territory.
- Resilience and self-motivation to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with law enforcement and community engagement efforts is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a 1099 position with uncapped earning potential (we offer the best commission structure in the industry).
- Estimated earnings of $110,000 in the first year.
