Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, fields, lists, and reports.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
Conduct ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development and implementations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
ServiceNow Developer certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST API.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation.
Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting best practices.
Previous experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITIL modules.
