Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and usability requirements.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design ideas.
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and functionality.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the user interface.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
Experience with user research methodologies.
Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
