Role Summary: 

Hello Bello is looking for a creative and driven Sr. Social Media Specialist to manage content, community engagement and day-to-day operations of all Hello Bello social media channels. You will lead the development of social media campaigns and high quality content strategies with the goal of cultivating a strong and loyal community of brand advocates and consumers. The Sr. Social Media Specialist will maintain our unique brand identity and a consistent voice across all platforms.   

Responsibility:

  • Increase social engagement through effective brand advocacy on of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Strategize, develop and execute captivating social media campaigns that build community and engagement across all Hello Bello social channels
  • Curate and schedule posts across all social platforms
  • Work with design and copywriting teams to create cohesive brand assets
  • Continuously engage with customers (answer DM’s, engage with comments, questions, business inquiries, etc) and foster a positive brand experience through ongoing communication
  • Work in close partnership with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications on influencer marketing campaigns & outreach, gifting and other advocate initiatives  
  • Stay on top of ever-evolving social trends, identify themes and new opportunities, and amplify key brand moments
  • Provide thought leadership for Social Media Community Coordinators
  • Using the latest analytic and reporting tools, develop strategies and best practices to generate customer enthusiasm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or other related field 
  • 3+ years of social media experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Highly proficient in all social media networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube)
  • Thorough understanding of social media trends, engagement and communication tactics
  • Proven ability to drive and measure results 
  • Experience with social media management/ analytic tools (ie: Later, Sprout, etc) preferred
  • Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) space is preferred
  • Ability to create content is preferred
