Role Summary: 

Hello Bello is looking for a hungry and highly-motivated Recruiter to join our lean and mighty talent acquisition team in attracting, assessing and selecting top talent. You will apply your experience to execute sourcing & outreach strategies, grow a robust pipeline across all disciplines and advocate for the brand’s mission and high-performing culture. The Recruiter will provide an exceptional experience to both hiring managers as well as candidates by cultivating strong & trusting relationships and consistently communicating throughout the process.  

Responsibility:

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting; partner with Senior Recruiter & hiring managers to identify hiring needs, sourcing, pre-screening, and identifying the highest caliber candidates
  • Build robust job descriptions and post roles strategically to various job boards
  • Source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, gain candidate interest, and pitch them on Hello Bello’s mission and core values
  • Schedule and facilitate phone, zoom and onsite interviews based on candidate and team availability
  • Educate and influence hiring managers on recruiting best practices; collaborate with stakeholders regularly on your searches and provide them with pipeline & data insights
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage pieces of the onboarding process and ensure each hire is set up for success
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and wider recruiting and HR projects
  • Act as the ‘face’ of Hello Bello to all potential prospects; successfully articulate the benefits of joining our team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or other related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a full-cycle Recruiter role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
  • Hands on experience developing a candidate pipeline, creating captivating candidates pitches, and executing selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to interface and collaborate with senior leadership on hiring needs and develop strategic plans to execute 
  • Proactive and effective at communicating job function both internally and externally
  • Top-notch communication & negotiation skills is a must 
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to handle multiple competing priorities at once
  • CPG experience is a plus
