Role Summary: 

The Senior eCommerce Product Manager will drive the digital experience for hellobello.com and hellobello.ca. This person is responsible for growing sales, profitability, and improving user experience while simultaneously driving key business metrics. They will effectively collaborate with the Marketing, Technology/Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams, along with senior leadership to build consensus on priorities and the product roadmap. Team building skills are essential for the success of this position, as well as being a customer focused product leader with a high entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be nimble.

Responsibility:

  • Own the UX/UI function for hellobello.com and hellobello.ca, build a close partnership with Creative and Dev to deliver best-in-class designed experiences to improve e-commerce performance
  • Actively and effectively partner with Marketing to deliver on the brand strategy where e-commerce is the priority conversion channel
  • Develop and manage a fast-paced product management process for HelloBello.com/ca from concept through execution 
  • Partner with Customer Service to monitor customer satisfaction and service levels and identify and pursue business-driving opportunities
  • Efficiently gather and transform business needs into actionable product requirements utilizing product requirement documentation, wireframing and skeletal design
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys, continually identify opportunities to improve digital experience and execute plans
  • Provide thoughtful experimentation across products to constantly improve the member experience through feedback and A/B testing
  • Work with data to measure, assess, and project financial performance
  • Work with Site Merchandiser to manage product catalogue and CMS, including SKU list, discount rules, redirects, images, and content pages
  • Develop measurable and actionable product roadmap and ensure timely execution and partner with co-founders to identify, scope, and deliver on new opportunities
  • Work with engineering to scope upcoming projects, break into user stories and prioritize into sprints
  • Constantly evaluate the product management process with the product management team to develop internal process, procedures, and documentation to improve efficiency and quality
  • Use data, review usability studies, and research to shape both existing and upcoming features
  • Utilize industry trends, new technology, and discipline knowledge to bring innovative solutions and approaches to the digital product pipeline, processes, and team

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in eCommerce, Marketing or Product Management roles
  • Direct to Consumer eCommerce experience is required
  • Ability to document product requirement documents 
  • Demonstrated history in presenting proactive solutions to improve e-commerce performance and execute from concept through launch 
  • Design, implementation and customization of eCommerce systems (Shopify preferred)
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
  • Ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with internal/external business partners at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of operating in a high growth environment and rapidly growing eCommerce revenues
