Hello Bello is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to ensure company and customer quality standards are exceeded and to remain compliant with industry standards. You will be responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our company products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality. You may also be required to maintain calibrated test equipment, prepare test data, and identify areas for quality control improvement.
Conduct laboratory testing on incoming, in-process, finished goods, and stability per standard operating procedures and ensure compliance
Maintain laboratory equipment, identify malfunctions, and perform simple repairs or coordinate repairs as needed
Provide input for updating standard operating procedures
Follow all procedures related to quality management systems, data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.
Review test data, calculations and results for accuracy and completion
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and/or laboratory operations
Perform internal quality audits
Work with the Manufacturing and Fulfillment Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality non-conformances in steady state operations
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific related field (Chemistry, Biology, Analytical)
7+ years of experience working in a laboratory in a regulated industry
Diaper or other non-woven experience a strong plus
Proficiency in Quality Management Systems and experience writing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures
Working knowledge Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation); must be able to read, write, and understand English
Excellent organizational skills; Strong attention to detail
Self-directed and able to adapt to rapidly changing demands and priorities
Ability to analyze and interpret technical information
