Hello Bello is looking for a hands-on Manager, Quality to develop and lead a proactive quality management system and department at our Fulfillment and Manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas. You will establish, implement and maintain a strong culture of quality, accountability, and process improvement with the goal of ensuring that our manufacturing processes will produce products that meet required standards.
Develop, implement and monitor day-to-day quality control systems and processes; create quality metrics & KPIs and consistently report on progress toward quality objectives
Create and lead a robust internal audit program
Document real-time quality issues and solutions to increase accuracy and efficiency of management’s response to defects and systems failures
Maintain, review, and monitor government and customer Quality System requirements to assure procedures are adequate and in compliance
Ensures timely and accurate review and disposition of all manufacturing and packaging records
Drive a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management
Associates degree or higher preferred
7-10 years of Quality Management experience in a complex manufacturing environment with the proven ability to influence and motivate others to reach quality goals
2+ years of experience in a management role with demonstrated leadership skills
Experience in high volume manufacturing environment and FDA regulated industry
Experience with Statistical Process Control. Is able to interpret statistical data to
drive decision making.
Well versed in collaborating with internal and external leaders to understand customers’ requirements, create solutions and process improvement initiatives
