Role Summary: 

Hello Bello is looking for a self-motivated and hungry individual to join our growing sales team as a Business Development Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating account orders, account logistics and managing assets and sales collateral with the goal of providing hands-on support to our internal sales management team. A successful candidate will be extremely self-sufficient, meticulous, and will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities on a daily basis.

Responsibility:

  • Provide ongoing support to the sales management team by conducting client research, information gathering, submission to pricing, proposal preparation, and handoff to implementation
  • Assist in the design & development of all company one-pagers, selling decks, specs sheets, company templates & more
  • As needed, serve as a secondary point of contact for clients as a means in supporting the sales team
  • Be a primary player in managing & organizing the companies ‘one drive & drop box’ to ensure a clean, stream lined path to all sales documents
  • Ensure the drive has all of the latest documents & versions
  • Assume responsibility of the daily management & organization of all key Business Development tools 
  • Update, manage and communicate on a weekly basis the entire team’s calendar
  • Manage all merchandising inventories, and the budgets allocated to them
  • Work directly with the vendor community to design, quote, order, & ship all elements of the merchandising toolkit (for both sales and marketing)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication or other related field 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support function as a Business Development, Sales or Operations Coordinator 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with upper management 
  • Experience in Consumer Goods is highly preferred
  • Experience in the direct-to-consumer space is highly preferred
