Role Summary:

We’re looking to grow our Customer Support team with people passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers. As a Launched LA Customer Service Representative you will add value to the customer experience through high-quality, personal customer care via email, phone, and chat. We are guided by Making it Right for our customers.


  • Know our brands’, products and customers, and respond to customer’s questions via phone, email, and live chat
  • Educate customers about our products and service with all brands
  • Build rapport with customers and show empathy for their concerns
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Document all contact information according to standard operating procedures
  • Summarize insights, trends, and conversations to share with the team
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Understand customer acquisition and retention goals and the impact on the business
  • Work cross functionality with fulfillment, technology, and marketing to address customer concerns
  • Be an ambassador for the company and upsell when appropriate
  • Foster a positive community and add value to the customer’s experience
  • Help customers utilize online tools to resolve issues or questions
  • Availability to work weekend shifts is required


  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar, customer-facing role (call center experience preferred) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Proficient in various computer applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fun and upbeat writing style
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to listen
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
