MUST HAVE:
- 4+ years of experience managing high-budget digital advertising campaigns with a proven track record of driving profitability and scaling performance.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and campaign optimization, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ROLE MISSION
You will play a critical role in driving growth for Launch Potato's Credit Card vertical, a key revenue and strategic focus for the business. This position takes ownership of managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Discovery/Demand Gen. Through data-driven strategies and creative solutions, you will directly impact our ability to achieve ambitious growth goals while maintaining profitability and market leadership.
OUTCOMES
- Campaign Performance Mastery (First 30 Days): Take full ownership of pacing, performance, and reporting for all campaigns within a critical business vertical. Ensure alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Reporting (First 60 Days): Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing campaign data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Optimization Strategies (First 90 Days): Drive measurable improvements in CTR, ROAS, and margins through advanced testing and data-driven adjustments to keywords, audiences, and creative assets.
- Sub-Vertical Expansion (By 6 Months): Launch campaigns for new sub-verticals, driving scalability and incremental revenue growth.
- Expert Leadership (By Year 1): Demonstrate expertise in managing advertising campaigns, achieving year-over-year profitability growth, and aligning cross-functional efforts to meet strategic objectives.

- Experience: At least 4 years managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, with a track record of scaling performance.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar, alongside advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Creative Expertise: Strong ability to create or collaborate on impactful creative assets and ad copy.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience executing data-driven campaigns that achieve business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional collaboration and proactive communication skills to work across teams.
