YOUR ROLE

Imagine a role where your design skills could directly influence business outcomes and improve customer lives. Join us as a senior performance driven product designer, where every design choice you make has the potential to increase revenue and enhance user satisfaction. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to craft user experiences that are not just functional and appealing but optimized for conversion and customer engagement. Be at the forefront of transforming user interactions into business success surpassing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) goals.

Achieving success in this position will stem from  your expertise in data-driven UI & UX design, mobile design, branding, and online marketing/advertising. Your role involves developing inventive and responsive design solutions for both mobile and web products, emphasizing optimization for conversions. You will contribute to the entire life cycle, spanning from initial sketches and conceptual wires to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and through to development and implementation. You need to be proactive, someone who isn’t given tasks to execute but finds solutions to problems or opportunities themselves to test and optimize. Collaborating closely with the product team and cross-functional groups, your focus will be on consistently enhancing and optimizing UX to maximize conversion rates and achieve specific goals within the funnel.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Creating end to end user experiences that convert, are intuitive, responsive, and scalable.
  • Owning the process; initial ideation -> stakeholder presentations -> engineering hand-off -> A/B iterative testing and optimization.
  • Uncovering insights, identifying opportunities and requirements, and presenting them to both peers and leadership.
  • Initiating experiments, assessing their performance, and collaborating with the engineering to iterate and implement tests or features.
  • Utilizing data and user testing to make informed decisions and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Proactively finding areas of improvement in both normal UX and CRO across our various verticals.
  • Identifying process/strategy improvements within the team and acting on them with minimal prompting.
  • Collaborating with team members, mentoring others, and creating unity within the product/engineering team and cross-functionally with stakeholders.
  • Proactively diving into our data to uncover UX insights that enable our teams to drive performance increases for various metrics (i.e., revenue per session, CRO, etc.).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of five years in performance marketing or lead generation, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Design Expertise: Proficient in UI/UX design, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, focused on creating data-driven, conversion-optimized user experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with UX/UI platforms, wireframing, and prototyping technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using data and metrics like CRO to inform design decisions, experienced with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
