Meet the team:
The Test Execution team is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing tests. Stock Vehicle Operators are the individuals responsible for driving a variety of vehicles that interact with our prototype vehicles to evaluate functionality of the system before it is out in the real world on public roads.
What you’ll do:
- Drive a variety of vehicles, interacting with prototype vehicles in a closed-course setting
- Operate vehicles with safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in mind
- Follow specific guidance while performing tests to ensure test objectives are met
What you'll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with one to two years of employment experience required
- Enjoyment of driving for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to span a large and varied workforce
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to sustain Latitude’s minimum driving requirements. This will be evaluated at the hiring stage and periodically thereafter by conducting motor vehicle and criminal record background checks in accordance with applicable law
- Ability to pass ten-panel drug screen and criminal background checks conducted prior to employment
Nice to have:
- Previous automotive testing experience
- Motorcycle endorsement
- Commercial Drivers license
