LastPass is looking for Account Executive (SMB):

As an Account Executive your focus will be working on building new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across existing North America customers and prospects in the ‘SMB ’space (0-500 employee organizations).  You will be set up for success, with the support of the Channel, Product Specialist and Solutions Consulting.

  • Proven success in a high velocity, quota carrying role.

  • Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping. 
  • A strong understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build + leverage those relationships. 
  • The ability to utilize Sales Dashboards and Reports to efficiently manage and own your territory.

  • Positive/ solution-oriented mindset looking to solve problems and help advance our mission. 

It's great, but not required:

  • Ability to travel to partner/company events  
  • Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with your territory data. 
  • Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $50,000 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
