Join LastPass as a Senior Manager, Global Business Operations, where you’ll play a central role in ensuring we execute successfully our most critical strategic and business initiatives. We're looking for someone skilled in leading diverse teams in situations where processes and norms are yet to be established. The successful candidate builds trust readily at all levels of the organization, learns new subject matter rapidly, asks thoughtful and probing questions, and creates a team environment that maximizes every member’s contribution.

Who will you work with?
Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, the Senior Manager, Global Business Operations, will spearhead high-profile strategic initiatives, partnering closely with the executive team and leaders across LastPass. Additionally, you will collaborate with teammates to define, develop, and manage the company-level operations framework for LastPass.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Execution/Special Projects
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects, such as billing systems optimization, product-led growth, and build vs. buy assessments.
- Define, own, and manage planning and collaboration platforms, including tooling, structure, and content curation.
- Foster the growth and impact of our recently formed cross-functional operations team.
- Alignment
- Collaborate with the executive and internal communications teams to develop and refine our internal communications strategy.
- Ensure alignment of all employees to our company vision, strategy, and objectives through various forums, such as videos, all-hands meetings, town-halls, and FAQs.
- Reporting
- Define, own, and manage executive-level review forums, such as quarterly business reviews.
- Develop, manage, and maintain executive-level execution dashboards.
- Work with functional leaders and the IT team to continuously improve the quality and availability of reporting and metrics.
- Drive and operationalize company-level OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking and management.
- Strategy
- Assist in developing the structure, timeline, and templates for the annual strategic planning process.
- Provide guidance to functional and operational leaders on their contributions to annual planning.
- Contribute to content development for Board of Director and other strategic meetings
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Demonstrated experience in business management or executive roles.
- Familiarity with the SaaS lifecycle, encompassing aspects like product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer lifecycle management. Prior experience in high-velocity/SMB sales is advantageous.
- Proven capability in organizing and leading multiple teams and departments.
- Background in consulting and/or operations management is desirable.
- Strong project-reporting skills, emphasizing cross-functional ownership, dependency management, data analysis, and relentless follow-through.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams for large, complex programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with adeptness in handling conflict and solving problems.
- A quick learner with robust logical and analytical abilities.
- Hands-on experience with metrics and analytics, as well as modern program management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to bring order to chaos or ambiguity, adept at tackling unique or challenging problems.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building relationships and fostering collaboration across all levels of an organization.
- While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel may be required for company functions and team activities
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $120,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $150,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
