LastPass is looking for a Senior Global Benefits Analyst:

As the Senior Global Benefits Analyst you will serve as the subject matter expert for all things benefits in EMEA. You will work closely with our benefits brokers, carriers, vendors and global HR professionals to ensure that we have competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings in each of our locations OUS.

You will work with the Director, Total Rewards; SVP, Human Resources; People Partners and employees OUS

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Provide day to day benefits support to employees and be the first point of contact and subject matter expert on all benefits questions and issues.
  • Work closely with our global benefits brokers, carriers and vendors to set up and administer competitive and cost-effective benefits plans including annual renewals and RFPs.
  • Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process in EMEA, Canada, Australia, and Guatemala.
  • Manage all Benefits data files and exchanges from a variety of sources (e.g. HRIS, payroll, vendor records, etc.).
  • Manage Global leaves of absence (including disability, parental leave, etc.) in collaboration with international partners.
  • Review our benefits plans regularly to ensure compliance, competitiveness and alignment with company strategy and growth plans.
  • Assess current benefit programs, markets, cultural trends, legislative, tax and social changes that could impact benefit offerings, compliance reporting activities and any changes needed to our plans.
  • Conduct New Hire Benefits orientation and onboarding.
  • Partner with country and regional People Partners to develop recommendations regarding benefit programs that align with the business unit’s benefits strategy and support local competitive total remuneration practices.
  • Partner with local People, Payroll and Legal teams as appropriate on administration of benefit offerings.
  • Maintain global benefits tracking, process documentation and records.

  • Experience working with employee global Benefits (specifically in EMEA).
  • Familiarity with global benefit best practices in various geographic regions.
  • Strong team player that will interact with global internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple assignments successfully.
  • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to design and administration of global benefits.
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of management.
  • Working knowledge of EMEA retirement and wellness plans
