The Collections Team is responsible for managing all accounts receivable and collections issues with our customers as well as interacting internally with executive management and sales leaders to review and manage your assigned portfolio.  You will also get exposure to the other aspects of Revenue Operations including review of Salesforce.com opportunities and internal cases.  You will discover that this position is a key contributing player within the Revenue Operations Organization as you apply your skills to this role.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

The Revenue Operations Organization has high visibility within LastPass and reports directly to the CFO.  Team members interact with many internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Controller/Accounting, Legal Counsel, FP&A, Customer Care, LastPass Customers, Internal and External Audit, and Compliance.

  • Reviewing and actioning internal Salesforce.com cases and following up with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve
  • Handling write-offs and deprovisioning of accounts including entry into Salesforce.com and Credit Memos within NetSuite
  • Adhere to month-end and quarter-end deadlines by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage tax exemptions, chargebacks, and payment processing duties

What does it take to work at LastPass?
