LastPass is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (CI/CD):
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving our software deployment and IT infrastructure. You will automate the process of building and deploying code into different environments (Dev, RC), set up, improve, and maintain those environments, and monitor and troubleshoot production systems.

Who will you work with?
You will be part of a dedicated operations community in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the improvement of the operational practices of LastPass. Utilizing your technical expertise and experience, you will generate ideas and provide guidance for your team and other engineering teams, enabling effective and seamless operations. Collaboration with architects and security experts is integral to ensuring that services are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Design, build, and manage CI/CD systems, including the pipeline and supporting environments, adhering to industry and company-wide best practices
- Maintain the build and deployment processes
- Drive standardization and automation efforts for the build and release processes
- Support and enhance tools for continuous integration, automated testing, and release management
- Develop fully automated Kubernetes environments
- Document and communicate improvements to various stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with developer teams to ensure adherence to quality gates and organizational standards within our pipeline
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Extensive expertise in CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, ArgoCD, TeamCity)
- Excel in building and maintaining Kubernetes-based environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and an Infrastructure as Code mindset
- Solid understanding of DevOps tools, Linux systems, and highly available infrastructure
- Proficient in AWS, containerization (Docker, EKS, ECS), and CI/CD (GitLab CI)
- Hands-on experience in monitoring with tools like Datadog and Prometheus
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
It's great, but not required:
- Background in manual or automated testing
- Work experience with backend technologies (such as PHP, .NET Core)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS
