LastPass is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager:
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the work of a team within the organization. It would require you to take care of stakeholder and expectation management, drive internal time and effort estimation activities, define priorities, and keep all the different threads together in chaotic times as well.

The Platform Engineering team is comprised of highly skilled individuals who excel at working in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment. The team is equally comfortable defining requirements for large scale operational tooling as they are in the delivery of a best-in-class cloud infrastructure that provides a secure and stable foundation for hundreds of engineers and millions of users.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- You will engage with the various teams that encompass the Platform Engineering group to help deliver, support, and enhance our non-production environments.
- You will use your skillset to optimize relentlessly and communicate effectively.
- You will be an active participant in delivering the goals for one of the Platform Engineering teams.
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Leadership experience in software development with a focus on project management and work coordination
- A record of success leading high-visibility, technical projects that require cross-group collaboration and approval from a distributed set of stakeholders.
- Passion for working with internal customers, understand their needs and handle expectations properly
- Experience with secure software development life cycle approaches and best practices
- A demonstrable understanding of Agile and SCRUM concepts and best practices
- Experience in operations, development, testing, and security of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) based architectures
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insight on program results and actions needed
- Experienced in decision-making and risk management while managing team initiatives
- Excellent communications skills and an ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
It is great, but not required
- A background in DevSecOps operation model or prior development experience of enterprise security products preferred
