Lark Technologies, Inc. is looking for a temporary worker to help with various administrative tasks within our HR department. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in an office environment, as well as experience with Mac computers and Microsoft Office. Most of all, we are looking for someone with keen attention to detail. Experience in HR is not required, we are happy to provide in-office training. Day to day responsibilities would include the following:
Auditing HR Files (I9 forms, offer letters, etc.)
Scanning (and shredding!) personnel and legal documents
Inputting information into HR software
This position will pay $20/hour, and we anticipate that we will need help completing the above tasks for roughly 4 weeks. Hours can be flexible and discussed with the hiring manager, but in general will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm in Mountain View, CA.
