Come lead the partner-facing product team as we develop our B2B product offering for insurance companies and employers. You'll work directly with Lark's co-founders (CTO/CPO, CEO) in researching and defining the product and roadmap, and will be responsible for the timely execution of that product.
You should be knowledgeable and confident in the healthcare/payor space, and should have previous experience working with development teams and defining and releasing products. This position is intended for experienced PMs, and is not an entry-level role.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare payor system
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, and the employer healthcare space
• Experience developing and releasing technical products
• 5+ years experience in product management
• Experience in software engineering preferred, but not required
