Role summary:

Lantern is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and authentic office manager

Who we're looking for:

You're someone who innately and professionally already embodies Lantern's values of curiosity, authenticity, teamwork, and high performance.  You're someone who glues people together, not just so that they stick, but so that we as a company and office function better.

You're someone who loves to help other people through a myriad of ways, be they team events or office operations.  You're always looking for new ways to make connections between groups and individuals to foster professional and personal growth.

Maybe you’ve cut your teeth in HR and People Ops at another startup.  Perhaps you’re not only looking to find a company that cares deeply about their internal culture, but cares equally about the impacting the culture in the world around them.  Irrespective of your interest, most importantly, you’re looking to make an office environment and culture the best it can be. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

Your role at Lantern:

Our beloved and first office manager has departed to pursue a career in recruiting.   As a team we have now banded together to support the various culture, human resource policies, office management initiatives over the next few weeks and months, but we are hoping you will immediately bring all of this back together into one holistic approach and fully support it in owning our talent strategy, people policies, office operations, and culture initiatives.

As a single but mighty resource, you'll be highly collaborative.  You'll work closely with our CEO, managers and staff to coalesce and gain support for the people focused objectives on a quarterly and annual basis that will have the biggest impact Lantern's culture, policies, and professional development.

In addition, you must also be able to thrive on your own. Once aligned on one or more objectives, you will be expected to take initiative–working across the broad team at Lantern to make sure that the strategies, support tools, and office life is making the positive impact at Lantern we want.

Immediately you will have the chance to shape the office/people/culture initiatives that power all of Lantern's team and product.
