What you’ll do:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment in Financial Team.  The intern will work closely with the Finance Director, and he/she will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Monthly Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and consolidating monthly financial reports. This may include data entry, reconciliation, and analysis of financial information.
  • Travel Agency Reconciliation: Reconcile travel agency invoices with booking records and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company travel policies.
  • Expense Claim Verification: Review and verify employee expense claims, ensuring proper documentation, adherence to company policy, and accurate coding.
  • Timesheet Management: Monitor and track the completion of timesheets by all office staff, following up with individuals as needed to ensure timely submission. Report any discrepancies or issues to HR and the Finance Manager.
  • HR Collaboration: Liaise with the HR department regarding staff attendance and absence records, ensuring accurate information is reflected in payroll and other relevant systems.
  • General Administrative task:  data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to special projects as assigned by the Finance Director, offering opportunities to develop skills in specific areas of finance.

What you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
