What you’ll do
- Develop and tailor client-facing materials (presentations, proposals, etc.) to meet individual client needs.
- Ensure all materials reflect the company's agile brand identity.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, mastering archiving and document management.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to winning new business.
- Research and understand prospective clients (needs, challenges, culture) to build genuine connections.
- Manage purchase orders.
- Update and maintain the CRM (Sugar).
- Organize and manage server files.
- Contribute to the development of business development tools (case studies, testimonials, etc.).
What you’ll need
- Passion for brands and understanding of their function and importance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proactive project management skills and ability to execute tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Enthusiasm for branding and a desire to make a tangible impact.
