What you’ll do
Combine both the strategic and operational leadership of Landor, sourcing and developing talent to create a deeper and broader range of core competences to fuel client growth and drive our global strategy.
Develop strong and vital relationships with practice leaders to provide value added support in the development of client solutions.
Be an energetic part of the Global Management Board (GMB) to help shape our strategy across the network.
Be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, growth and reputation of your studio.
Develop new business pipeline, pitching and winning new business whilst also successfully growing existing accounts.
Lead an inclusive and dynamic culture through L&D initiatives, recruiting diverse talent and developing employees to reach their full potential.
What you’ll need
Previous leadership experience in a similar role within a branding/design agency, leading cross-discipline teams.
Strong strategic thinking and vision
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret statistical data.
An ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally across all levels.
A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.
