The role
Landor & Fitch is looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our multi-skilled and multicultural team. The ideal candidate will be as excited as we are about how creativity will help shape the future and will be an integral member of our Insights & Analytics team, helping us create outstanding, strategically driven transformative work for our clients.
The Insights & Analytics Director influence senior level thinking and move clients to action through bespoke I&A studies. They will support the drive for new business, develop strategic client relationships, own and execute projects, whilst working with multidisciplinary teams (such as Strategy, Design, Client Services), and undertaking a leadership role to mentor junior members of the team.
What we’re looking for
You will have several years of experience, a strong balance of thought and action and a passion for understanding a client’s business and arriving at strategic solutions (and not just data and insights) that solve their challenges via their brand. You will be an analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding and marketing. You will have proven experience leading large complex consulting / strategic insights projects either at an agency or client side. You will have an inherent curiosity and be an innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, present and future, and explore possibilities with the client. You will be results-focused, data-driven, and collaborative and possess an enthusiastic approach grounded in firm strategy.
