Our Senior Client Manager’s participate in, and often lead, brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and the development of strategic deliverables. We'll educate you in Landor & Fitch’s tools and capabilities, including research, strategy, innovation, design, naming/verbal identity, environments, digital, and engagement, and enable you to recommend growth opportunities that expand Landor & Fitch’s offer with your clients. This means that displaying passion and curiosity is a must, and you'll work with people who are always pushing the boundaries, and striving to achieve the best for our clients and our agency.
What we’re looking for
A Senior Client Manager or a Client Manager looking for a step up, who has previously worked at a branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy. Experience working with clients and being a key contributor to the project success. You will have excellent client presence, organisational and detail-orientation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, that is strategically and intellectually agile. You'll be respectful of, and comfortable with, changing priorities, and be able to work with people across the business to manage this effectively. You will have the ability to lead and mentor others to success.
