You will report to the Regional Insights & Analytics Team and partner to build a robust Insights & Analytics offer that supports our strategic and creative effort, maintains our currency as a top tier brand consultancy, and establishes new thinking and approaches to enhance our current offer.

Partner with the Executive Director of Insights & Analytics to uncover deep and meaningful insights for our clients providing quantifiable performance predictions
Develop practical, relevant and new Insights & Analytics products for Landor & Fitch
Lead efforts to identify, interview, and select a wide range of suppliers and partners
Partner with internal teams and vendors to design and execute large proprietary market research and analytics studies
Analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary data sources to create relevant insights that clients can action
Assist with client RFPs, proposals, pitch materials, and SOWs
Support the Executive Director in the creation of Landor & Fitch IP

So, what are we looking for?

7+ years of agency, consultancy, supplier or client-side research experience
Experience with a range of traditional and emerging qualitative research techniques
Experience in the design and execution of proprietary market research studies from questionnaire development through to data analysis
Experience managing external suppliers and partners, including managing best in class research vendors across boutique and global, specialist and generalist, custom and syndicated, B2B and B2C
Experience in the design and execution of large proprietary studies across Insights & Analytics
Experience with theory and technical execution of Y&R's proprietary BAV tool (or similar methodology)
Familiar with semiotic, cultural and behavioral aspects of market research
