Landor & Fitch is hiring the next PR & Marketing Manager to join the London studio. Could this be you?

From building on longstanding relationships and establishing new ones with journalists, trade bodies and events organisers, to getting that extra bit of time out of a busy creative director or strategist to get a thought leadership piece, campaign or awards entry finished: you use your powers of persuasion and excellent planning skills to generate high quality content and make sure it’s in front of the right people at the right time.
You’ll further support this through close collaboration with the Global Marketing team, ensuring our reputation and external-facing activity is timely to new biz pipeline, consistent in message and extraordinary in impact. You will also lead the London Instagram page alongside the Marketing Executive, ensuring the delivery of the content planner and engaging internally, with our follower community and prospects.
The PR & Marketing Manager will also focus on growing their understanding of the Landor & Fitch capabilities, including design, environments, research, strategy, naming/verbal identity, and brand engagement, while also being financially-savvy.
So, what are we looking for?
A highly organised leader, with a passion for words who can spot opportunities for the studio to build Landor & Fitch’s reputation as a leading brand transformation company. You will generate thought provoking stories and programmes of activity to drive profile and reputation, whilst working closely with the new business teams, studio spokespeople and marketing community to maximise ROI on our content.
A team player, who brings us experience in critical thinking and the willing to share fresh perspectives in solving problems. You will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and look at the bigger picture, thinking about the present and future possibilities for Landor & Fitch.
You will have good writing skills and an eye for design, with an ability to execute basic designs for social posts and posters. You must be confident and at ease when presenting in large group settings and be passionate about branding, design, trends, and businesses within our industry.
