Role Overview

Primarily based in our London studio but with the possibility of occasional business travel internationally. You will be joining a talented digital team in London working on high profile projects for some of the world’s leading brands.

The role is based in our London studio but would cover projects across all studios within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). As a Creative Technologist, you will be an essential part of our Digital offer in our London studio. Our digital team offers full end-to-end software and content delivery spanning Creative, UX, Development and Production. Due to Technology being central to Landor & Fitch’s wider offer, the role will span across our multidisciplinary creative teams which include environmental designers, graphic designers, brand designers, motion designers and more. Your role will be ideating creative solutions, to brand challenges, to create extraordinary work.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with wider teams of designers, developers, architects and strategists across digital, spatial, brand and communications projects to ideate creative technology solutions to problems and briefs
  • Staying ahead of emerging technologies
  • Educating the wider business on emerging technologies
  • Pitching concepts for Prototyping in the physical/digital Lab
  • Be responsible for producing client-facing prototypes
  • Being a key member and ambassador of L&F’s Labs programme
  • Working closely with the other Creative Technologists (in London and in our partner LA and HK studios)
  • Working closely with the Technical Director to proactively pitch new ideas for processes
  • Presenting Creative concepts to clients and senior internal stakeholders
  • Supporting Production team with estimating effort for new projects
  • Attending pitches where necessary to represent our technical capacity, and be the technical expert in the room
  • Working closely / collaborating with Design & Production teams 

Professional & Technical Experience/Expertise:

  • Relevant experience within a creative agency or client-side
  • Strong creative skills, from ideation to communication and presentation of your concepts
  • Excited and heavily motivated by technology, creativity, newness & innovation
  • Ideation skills to create concepts for Prototyping
  • Strong written and spoken English skills (other languages are a bonus too)
  • Ability to engage and work with a multidisciplinary team of internal or external specialists
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding and approach to schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to engage and work with a multidisciplinary team of internal or external specialists
  • Proven understanding of setting deadlines & working to schedule
